The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. Convenient location near San Donata hospital. Spacious, quiet room with efficient AC and comfortable bed.

The staff was helpful, the bed in the room was comfortable, and I received a free upgrade which I truly enjoyed being right next to Cascina Roma.

Me and my husband really enjoyed the breakfast. I t was hugh and it contained homemade cakes, fresh coffee, fragrant bread, cheese, ham etc.
We thought the room was too spartan and not cosy at all for the price. The bathroom was at least 35 years old; no shower, but a bathtub.

Located conveniently near public transportation, this hotel was a great spot for both business and leisure. the rooms were spacious, with hot water in the showers and accommodating staff. the hotel had a nice restaurant and private parking with a professional and friendly atmosphere.
The hotel's claim that the wifi is free is misleading, as it is limited to 4 hours a day and then has to be charged for additional use.

The hotel was renewed.
The room had the smell of cigarettes. There is no bus service to go to the hotel and taxi from airport is expensive. My 16 years old daughter and my 13 years old son could not sleep in the same room alone.

The hotel offered a clean and tidy room, with a comfortable bed and prompt service from the staff. The location near the hospital was also very convenient for my business trip. the hotel had a nice lobby and vintage feel, which gave it a unique charm.
The Wi-Fi was a disappointment. Although it was advertised as free, it was limited to only 4 hours a day and was very sluggish.

Nothing in particular. Standard comfort, friendly staff. Functional.
No ironing facilities! (typical of Italian hotels I think?) and the internet access is by ticket. Would be better if it were just always on, maybe with a timeout.

the location was lovely; next to a bus stop on a major highway. i enjoyed the accessibility.
the language was a major challenge. all the television channels in the hotel are in Italian. the is very difficult for a non-Italian

The staff were absolutely wonderful, polite and helpful. the location was convenient and easily accessible by public transport. the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for a one-night stay.
The rooms did not have tea or coffee making facilities, which was a definite downside. Plus, the bathroom was quite small, which made it difficult to move around easily.

Quiet hotel, easy to find. A bit obsolete, but clean and tidy, staff at the reception very helpful and speaking English. Quite rich breakfast included in the room rate. My overall opinion: reasonable value/price ratio.
